This is a partial skeleton of a crocodile. The spine and a leg with foot are preserved. The fossil comes from the Lower Cretaceous sediments (Crato Formation - Santana Formation) of Nova Olinda in the Araripe Basin of Brazil. This fossil is approximately 125 million years old. The spine is about 11 cm long. The stone is original and unbroken, measuring approximately 20 x 17 x 1.5 cm. Due to the strict export ban, fossils from Brazil are no longer available on the market; the specimen offered here comes from an old collection. An honest piece - no manipulation! You won't find anything like this again - don't miss it!
