This Ichthyosaur snout of Stenopterygius sp. was found in the lower jurassic layers (Holzmaden-Fauna, Lower Toarcian, Posidonienschiefer-Formation, Lias e II, 7/8) of Dormettingen near Balingen , Baden Württemberg, Germany.
Perfectly preserved and fantasticaly prepared marine reptile snout with more than 50 teeth.
The stone is unbroken, it measures about 17 x 14 cm.
No manipulation at all!
