Big sized triassic Nothosaur tooth lower Muschelkalk

This tooth from Nothosaurus comes from the lower Muschelkalk (orbicularis layer) of Farnstädt in Germany.

The tooth measures about 2 cm. The stone has been hardened from its backside in order to protect it from breakage.
