Barasaurus, triassic reptile foot bones! # 2

For sale is here a rarely offered fossil. It is a nodule containing one foot (including some claws) of a bigger sized triassic Barasaurus. This fossil was found in triassic sediments of Madagascar.

The nodule is original and unbroken, it measures about 7 x 4,5 cm.   

Fishes from the Trias of Madagascar are offered from time to time, reptiles from this location are very hard to get! ItÂŽs completely forbidden to export fossils out of Madagascar. No new fossils reach the open market! This fossil was part of an old collection.
