This tooth belongs to the well known Dinosaur Edmontosaurus annectens. This fossil was found in cretaceous sediments of Montana/USA.
The tooth measures about 3,5 cm. It is complete (with root) and its preservation is fantastic! It still lies in its unbroken original-sediment (6 x 4 x 2 cm).
The root shows curvatures at three sides, here the neighbour-teeth had their place. Edmontosaurus had a kind of "revolver set of teeth".
No fake at all, all is original!
