Sauropod tail vertrebra

This Sauropod tail vertebra (Rebacchisaurus) comes from upper cretaceous sediments of Taouz, Moroc. It is near complete preserved (except some smaller missing parts).

The vetrebra measures about 15 x 15 x 7 cm. It is quite heavy, its weight is about 1.2 kilograms. Some parts of the bone are still covered with the original sediment. Here one could remove the bonematerial.
