Products description

This plate contains fossils of three skeletons skeletons Discosauriscus pulcherrimus. It comes from the Permian about 290 million years ago and was found at Bacov near Boskovice in the Czech Republic.

The stone was broken once and have been glued, it measures approximately 55 x 38 cm. The biggest skeleton is huge! The animals measure about 31 cm and 13 cm and 11 cm.

To improve the contrast and protect the fossils, they were coated with a thin layer of lacquer. No color was used. If desired, this can easily be removed again by using acetone.
