Products description
This seastar was found in the middle triassic (upper Muschelkalk) layers of Bindlach near Bayreuth.
These animals are amongst the rarest triassic fossils, such an item is a highlight in every Muschelkalk-collection.
The fossil is quite big, it measures about 7,5 cm, it is still embedded in its original sediment.
No manipulations at all !
