This stone with great plant fossils from Podozamites distans comes from the Lower Jurassic (Lias) of
Pechgraben near Bayreuth in Germany.
Interesting: The slab also contains two super-rare infructescences "Umkomasia" of the fern Thinfeldia!
The plate is unbroken, it measures about 32 x 19 x 1 cm.
Detailed preservation and super nice contrast - reddish fossils on light rock!
No manipulations!
