Gyroptychius - Coelacanth, Devonian age

This Coelacanth Gyroptychius spec. was found in the middle devonian (Orkney Islands) of Scottland.

The fish is complete, it measures about 34 cm.  The slab was broken and have been glued, it measures about  34 x 30 x 1 cm. Its prepping took a loooong time and is fantastic!

Glued, no other manipulations!

This one is rare and huge! Museum Quality!
