Plant fossils permian age, closed location

This great plant fossil comes from the Perm (Rotliegendes) of Bad Sobernheim in Germany.
There are beautiful fossils on both sides of the stone.

This piece comes from an old collection and was found in 1974. The location (Ziegelei Eimer) is famous 
for its splendidly preserved plant fossils.
Unfortunately, the site has long been inaccessible and fossils from there are very rarely 
available for sale.

The slab is unbroken, it measures about 18 x 16 x 3 cm.

Honest piece without any manipulations.
