Blind Salamander inside copal

This piece contains a stunningly beautiful and very, very rare reptile inclusion of a blind salamander ( many species known in Madagascar). It has lighter markings down either side of its length, its spotted. The under belly is white and shows mottled skin.

In addition to that there are some more differend tiny inclusions.

Reptile remainings belong to the rarest possible finds inside amber/copal, usually they donÂŽt reach the open market and are not available for sale.

This copal measures about 4,5 x 4 cm and weighs about 18 grams.
