The Iconic "Crozier" Cephalopods from Sweden:
This exceptional slab features three fossilized nautiloids of the species Lituites lituus. These fossils are colloquially known as "croziers" due to their unique, staff-like shape.
The specimen originates from the Middle Ordovician (LasnamÀgi Stage) layers of Ã–land, Sweden. These deposits date back approximately 462 million years.
