Products description
This is a tooth of the early shark Lebachacanthus pollichiae. The fossil comes from the Permian period deposits (Schwarzpelit Bank)
of Breitenheim/Pfalz in Germany.
The tooth is complete and shows the typical serrations-structure. It is three-dimensional and rises clearly from the plate.
The fossil measures approximately 1.5 cm. The stone is unbroken and measures approximately 5,5 x 4 cm x 0,8 cm.
This is a rarely offered exhibit from a strictly protected location, it comes from an old collection.
