Psilophyton - earliest land plant

The fossil comes from the Lower Devonian layers of Waxweiler in Germany. 
It is approximately 400 million years old.

The piece is unbroken and measures approximately 20 x 16 x 2,5 cm.
There are fossils on both sides of the stone.

This is a rare chancefind from this locality.
