Three insects on one stone

This stone contains three fossil insects.

It comes from the Lower Cretaceous layers (Crato Formation - Santana Formation) of
Nova Olinda (Araripe Basin) in Brazil. This piece is approximately 125 million years old.

The largest insect measures approximately 2.3 cm. The stone is original and unbroken, 
measuring approximately 11 x 10 x 1 cm.

Beautifully preserved and detailed – no tampering.
