Here we offer fossils of the rare euypterid Parahughmilleria hefteri. Eurypterids are also known as "sea scorpions." This piece comes from the Lower Devonian (Lower Klerfian beds) of the Olkenbach Basin in the Eifel region in Germany. It is well preserved and displays many interesting details. In addition to the eurypterid fossils, the stone also contains plants Taeniocrada on both sides. Interestingly both sides are present, so you will receive two stones. Fossils of these arthropods from Germany are rare and even rarer to find for sale. No tampering!
