Products description

This little rodent lower jaw was found inside a fissure filling near Pappenheim, Altmühltal, Germany (near Eichstädt). The name of the animal is Pseudosciuvus suevicus.

It belonges to the Oligocene age.

The jaw is complete and well preserved. It still has all teeth including the incisor.

The fossil measures about 3 cm and has no restaurations at all!
