Insect, Oligocene age

This fossil insect comes from the Oligocene (Rupel, Stampien). It was found in Cereste, 
Dép. Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France.

The fossil measures approximately 1 cm. The stone is original and unbroken, 
it measures about 5 x 4 cm.
