Plant fossils Nemejcopteris feminaeformis from unusuallocation

This visually very attractive plant fossil comes from the so-called "Döhlener Schichten". It is permian age - more precisely from the lower "Rotliegendes". The site is extinct, the exact location is the bismuth near the so-called "Silver Lake".

The stone measures about 6 x 4 x 1.5 cm. It contains various fossils, among others the fern Nemejcopteris feminaeformis.

Honest fossil without any manipulations.
