Fish eats fish from El Salvador

Extremely rare aspiration fish fossil. Fish eats fish!

This little fish comes from the plio/pleistocene sediments of Rio Sisimico, El Salvador. Very unusual location! It is out of an old collection.

The fossil measures about 2,5 cm. The matrix is original, unbroken and measures about 6 x 5 x 1 cm.

At this unusual location one can find fantastic preserved fossils of insects, plants and even amphibians. Please see our category "amphibian", there you will find two little frogs of the same location.

All is original, nothing was glued, lacquered, painted or reconstructed!
