This vertebra of the cave bear Ursus spelaeus is Pleistocene age. It was found in a cave near Hösch in Germany.
The fossil is well preserved and unbroken. It measures about 13 x 9 x 8 cm.

The bone comes from an old collection. It was found in the 1980 s.
