Products description

This unidentified tooth of a primitive shark was found in the Harrodsburg limestone of Washington County, Indiana, USA.

The fossil comes from lower carboniferous (middle Mississippium) sediments. The age of this very interesting tooth is about 342 Mio. years.

The tooth measures about 16 x 15 mm. The matrix is unbroken and original, it measures about 3,5 cm.
