Bird eggshells of Palaelodus

These two little stones contain eggshell pieces of the bird Palaelodus. They are oligocene age about 27 mio. years ago.

This matrix is highly rare and cannot be gathered anymore and it comes out of a closed mine at Rey, Menat at the center of France.

No manipulations at all!
