Cyamodus tooth triassic age

Here we offer a nice isolated tooth of the rare reptile called Cyamodus. It was found at a long time closed quarry in Erkerode/Elm near Braunschweig, Germany. Its age is middle triassic (Muschelkalk). This fossil comes from an old collection.

The tooth is complete and measures about 10 mm. 

Rare fossil with no manipulations at all!
