This flying reptile wing bone (Pteranodon ingens) was found in the cretaceous sediments (Niobrara limestone) of Kansas, USA. It is about 82 Mio. years old.
The bone is complete, it measures about 35 cm. Unfortunately the fossil was broken several times and have been glued. At the moment there are two pieces (see pictues). I did not want to glue them because in that case the fossil will get more fragile and shipping would be difficult. On request, I will glue the two pieces.
The top side of the bone is fully prepared. At the bottom side there is still some original sedimet, which could be removed.
