Big sized Ammonites, two pieces on one slab

These big sized Ammonites Harpoceras were found in the lower jurassic layers (Lias epsilon - Posidoinienschiefer) of Holzmaden in Germany.

There are two pieces on this slab, one in the front and another one on the backside. The animals are complete preserved, they measure about 25 cm and 17 cm.

The slab is original and unbroken, it measures about 60cm x 50 cm.
